Braai facilities:

• Braai facilities are only available for paying guests who have booked in at Nirvana Country House.

• No braai wood will be supplied.

• No noise after 10pm.

• Noise levels are expected to be kept to a minimum and will be closely monitored by Owners/Management.

• Should any problems occur, guests will be expected to settle the full account and leave the premises immediately.

Toilets:

• No cigarette butts, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper, may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occur for any blockage.

Whilst every care has been taken by Nirvana Country House to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, Nirvana Country House and the owners do not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest and their visitors.  It includes any loss of/damage to personal effects/property, any indirect, consequential or special loss/damage, financial loss, illness, injury, harm (as defined in the CPA) or death howsoever caused & legal costs (attorney & own client scale) that the Indemnified Parties may incur, unless such claim falls within the ambit of section 61 of the CPA (Act 68/2008)

There is an orange barrier rope identifying the absolute minimum distance one could be from the chimp enclosures, but these are wild and very dangerous animals and so to ensure your safety and the content of the chimps, we insist that guests do not venture off the Guest House grounds. Should you wish to get a closer view of the chimps, please book a tour with JGI Chimpanzee Eden directly. No animal/s may be fed on the property, no exceptions. Not only does this encourage animal-human interaction which will pose a threat going forward, but you inadvertently may make the animals ill.

 

Nirvana Country House or the owners does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Nirvana Country House. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewellery, cash and vehicles.

 

Any guest or their visitors using the swimming pool and surrounding area are utilising such facilities entirely at their own risk and that they are fully aware that there are no lifesaving facilities of any nature provided and therefore indemnify Nirvana Country House and the owners of this facility in full and shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against the Nirvana Country House and the owners including any claim from any injury/ bodily harm/death and or/loss of property which could arise from the use of this facility.

Loss or Damage to Nirvana Country House

Should Nirvana Country House suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

 

Nirvana Country House at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.

 

For the comfort of our guests, Nirvana Country House is a strictly no smoking accommodation establishment. Guest are however free to smoke in the outside guest areas.

 

Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at Nirvana Country House or whilst using its facilities. We recommend the pool area for children to play and rather avoid the front of the lodge facing the chimp enclosure.
